Inverurie

Inverurie is just 16 miles from Aberdeen City, easily accessible by road, train or bus in around 25 minutes.

Inverurie is an ancient market town and Royal Burgh, located in the valley of the River Don at the centre of Aberdeenshire.

It is known locally as the Capital of the Garioch. Inverurie is an ideal central base from which to explore the Castle Trail, Cairngorms National Park, Royal Deeside, the plethora of whisky distilleries and the glorious beaches of the North East.

Earliest inhabitants date from the late Neolithic period, evident from the abundance of standing stones and stone circles across the area.

We are delighted to be working with the local marketing group; ‘Open Your Eyes to Inverurie’. More information can be found at www.inverurie4you.com
